At approximately 3:40 a.m., FBCSO Deputy Kenneth Lewis was involved in an accident while assisting a stranded motorist on I-10 near Eldridge Road in Houston. Deputy Lewis was in his personal vehicle when he pulled over to help and was struck by a passing vehicle that fled the scene.

Deputy Lewis dedicated his life to serving his community, and our thoughts and prayers remain with his family during this difficult time.

The Fort Bend County Deputy Sheriff’s Association has created a Help A Hero campaign to support the children of Deputy Kenneth Lewis.
